How SaleReady handles your information

Information we process

SaleReady stores your account profile, listing details, private item photos, generated listing content, inventory costs, and sale information so the service can provide its core features. Auth0 handles credentials; SaleReady does not receive or store your password.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your inventory, generate requested content, calculate profit, protect the service, and diagnose failures. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and providers

Application data is stored with Cloudflare D1 and private photos with Cloudflare R2. Auth0 provides identity services. If production AI is enabled, confirmed listing facts may be sent server-side to the configured AI provider to fulfill your generation request.

Your choices

You can edit or delete listings from your account. Permanent account deletion and formal privacy requests are handled through the service operator while the MVP is in limited release.

Security and retention

SaleReady uses private storage, authenticated ownership checks, HTTP-only sessions, and validated inputs. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained while needed to provide the service and meet legitimate operational obligations.
