SaleReady terms of use

Purpose of the service

SaleReady helps sellers draft marketplace content and track inventory and profit. You remain responsible for reviewing every listing, disclosing defects, choosing a price, and complying with the rules and laws that apply to your sale.

Estimates and generated content

Price suggestions are estimates, not appraisals, guarantees, or verified live-market values. Generated content may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use. Do not use SaleReady to misrepresent an item or conceal a known defect.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the photos and facts you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use them and grant SaleReady the limited permission needed to store and process them to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, violate another person's rights, or use generated content for unlawful or deceptive activity.

Availability and liability

The MVP may change or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees and the operator is not responsible for marketplace decisions, transactions, lost profits, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
